Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of your position include but are not limited to the following:
· Managing inventory to control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
· Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
· Supervise kitchen and dining staff to maintain high standards of food quality, service consistency, and cleanliness.
· Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees, ensuring all staff are properly oriented and following company policies and procedures.
· Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and create a positive team-oriented work environment.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience and repeat business.
· Prepare budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and control costs to achieve profitability and operational efficiency.
· Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts and smooth restaurant operations.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations as well as company standards and policies.
· Implement promotional strategies, community outreach, and marketing initiatives to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.
Qualifications and Skills:
• At least 1 – 2 years related experience
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and with team too
• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
• Have good communication skill
