Job Duties

·Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food

·Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

·Establish work schedules and procedures as per the business SOP

·Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

·Supervise and check the assembly of trays before the server's delivery

·Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·Prepare and submit reports to the manager upon closing shifts

·Participates in the selection of new staff upon the request of the manager

·Address customers' complaints or concerns

Education Requirements: Secondary education is required.
