Salary: 36.05 hourly / 30 hours per week

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Perform safety and security checks
Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Work with minimal supervision
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Cleaning
Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers
Carpet cleaning machine
Steam cleaners
Upholstery cleaning equipment
Criminal record check
