Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Evening Hours

$22.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Prepare staff schedules for review and approval by the manager.
• Authorize the return of merchandise.
• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Maintain specified inventory and a list of products that need to be ordered.
• Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• Train new sales staff.
• Assess staff performance and complete evaluation reports.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
• Ensure that the cashier’s close-out report is balanced for the day.

Education Requirements: Completion of High School education is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience required
