Job Responsibilities:
Prepared and cooked chicken, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items according to Mary Brown's recipes and quality standards.
Marinated, breaded, and cooked chicken using commercial fryers while maintaining proper cooking temperatures.
Prepared ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and portioning food items for daily operations.
Monitored food quality, freshness, and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
Followed food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including safe food handling and storage procedures.
Operated and maintained commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and food preparation tools.
Managed inventory levels, rotated stock using FIFO methods, and reported shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
Maintained a clean and organized kitchen by sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout each shift.
Coordinated with team members to prepare customer orders efficiently during busy service periods.
Assisted with receiving food supplies, checking deliveries, and storing products according to company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 2 – 3 years related experience of Cook.
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and with team too.
Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
Have good communication skills.
